DSC Sport Electronic Products: 1 Year Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

Each NEW DSC Sport Controller comes pre-loaded with the latest firmware and software for the vehicle it was ordered for. The DSC Sport Controller is Plug-N-Play. There is no need to do any updating on a new DSC Sport controller directly from us.

DSC Sport products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser and on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the product(s) is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed for.
This warranty does not apply to any product(s) which has been installed on any racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. The product warranty does not cover the cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete the installation of a replacement product. The product warranty does not cover consequential items. The product warranty does not cover shipping. Auto Racing is a dangerous sport, and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stresses involved with use on a racetrack.

In order for any product to be covered by warranty they must be sent in to DSC Sport for inspection.
The product warranty coverage is in the form of repair or replacement at the discretion of DSC Sport, no refunds. Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products.

All sales are final.

Compatibility: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify compatibility for the Product to their vehicle.

Backorder: In the Event of a Backorder, DSC Sport Controllers that are listed as backordered will be shipped as soon as we receive the shipment from our supplier. If you ordered an item while it was listed as “Backordered” we will not issue a refund.

Support: DSC Sport provides 1 year product/technical support to the original new product purchaser who purchased directly from DSC Sport. Support does not include 3rd party sales. Support does not include private label products.

Tractive Suspension Products: 1 Year Warranty against Manufacturing Defects.

Tractive Suspension products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 years to the original purchaser and on the vehicle on which it was originally installed.
